Blind Contour Friday, Week Two

I am reminding myself that it is the process, not the product, that is important. Blind contours fit in this category of activity for me. I focus on imagining my pen touching the object of my attention. While the results may look funny, and they do, I'll get over it! I think this is a wonderful excerise in seeing.
Oh, what are they? One is a spray bottle and the other drawing is multiple versions of toy pony! Enjoy, and go to the Diahn Ott's page and see more!

I think these are all great, Peggy – i definitely see the pony in the first image – I love the repetition of it – makes for a very interesting composition, I think. And the spray bottle is terrific!
Hi Diahn, Thanks! I like this drawing event and look forward to it. Makes me practice a little during the week!
Hi Peggy, I can see the pony and the spray bottle is great! I need practice!
Peggy, these are wonderful! I thought ‘pony’ as soon as I saw the top one, though it’s a whole herd, isn’t it? The spray bottle is good, too. I’m making people guess at mine this week. Hope it doesn’t stump people too much!
I like your tape dispenser! Very cool! This is fun! Thanks for stopping by!
I like the look of the 3 ponies together. I don’t think I could draw a spray bottle that good if I did look at my page.
Hi Florence,
That’s the cool thing about blind contours; sometimes we surprise ourselves! You did a wonderful contour drawing; I have no doubt you’d do a good one of a spray bottle. I find them kind of fun! Thanks for stopping by!
Whoa !! Those images are great !!
Thank you Lay Hoon! And, thanks for coming by. It’s interesting working on the drawings again.
