Blog Theme Designs
Thanks to the work of my husband, Robert, I have custom themes for my blog. Robert designs my themes and includes details from my paintings. I am delighted with the results and I hope you enjoy them. Periodically, the theme will change...just wait and see! Scroll to the bottom of the page to see what painting is featured in the theme.
Additional Websites
Another thanks to my husband Robert; I have two other websites: festiveabstracts.com (new paintings) and stermer-cox.com (gallery and events). Please stop by.

Her Highness, of course! The first place one needs to go to when you’re on a quest is a look out point. MsKitty is on top of a wooden cigar box, surveying her queendom. She looks a bit lofty, though she will accept pets. She might even purr.
The second piece is MsKitty on her quest…it’s a sort of connect-the-dots quest. Final destination is a secret. If there is one. To quote Buckaroo Bonzai: “Remember, no matter where you go…. there you are”. This one was done on a 3×5 card. Fellow artist blogger Randy Carboni suggested doing work on a 3×5 card; well, here's MsKitty!

It fun to see you wide variety of styles on a theme!
Gorgeous work! I'm sure you sell a lot of your work. I wish I wasn't allergic to cats, I love them!
Hey Peggy great postcards. Thanks for the plug. And you quoted one of my favorite movies with John Big Booty.
What precious kitties. I know several people who would really enjoy your watercolors.
Hi Julie, Sorry about the allergy, no fun! Kitties have such neat personalities. Thank you for stopping by!
Hi Rebecca, It really helps to find my own “creativity”…have to get the obvious out and start digging deep for me! Thanks!
Hi Randy, I’d forgotten about John Big Booty until you mentioned. Buckaroo Banzai was such a nutty movie; I loved it. Anyway, it was fun painting on a 3×5 card; great idea!
Hi Kathryn, I do hope people enjoy my funny little watercolors…though I’m a very serious person! Thanks for the comment.
I love your Ms Kitty pieces! Is her quest designed for the AEDM challenge? or is this an ongoing thing? Such fun.
Hi Lee Ann, The idea for MsKitty’s journey, now quest, has been wondering around my head; I should say stuck in my head, for few weeks. But, I was feeling like I was being too silly. AEDM challenge is giving me the extra impetus to follow through on the story. I’m glad you enjoy it!
More great work! Loving MsKitty and your style is so cool!
Hi Linda, Thank you! Watercolor can be so much fun to work with; I’m glad you’re enjoy MsKitty!
